Yoga Therapies for Addiction with Guruji

With a PhD in Yoga Therapies for Addiction, Yogi Surajnath Siddh will share with us eastern philosophies’ psychological foundations, which underlie our tendencies toward attachment to illicit or harmful substances and habits. Drawing from his experience in his drug de addiction camps, which boast an 84% success rate, Surajnath is a fountain of optimism who proposes solutions from nature, finding much of his inspiration from the trees.

Death & Dying, Perspectives From Nature

Many cultures offer a diversity of perspectives on death and dying. This course will feature guest speakers who will present a variety of philosophies, followed by wisdom from the Yoga shastras (sacred texts) and interviews with death doulas. As a natural part of life, eastern philosophies consider all the years before death as preparation for a perfect departure.. Dying perfectly healthy is always the goal.
