It incorporates a range of techniques, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, mantras, nada yoga (sound), kriya (internal cleansing practices), and guided imagery. Yoga Therapy Group

Hatha Balance & Breathe

Yoga therapy group classes are designed for clients with clearly identified wellness goals. Each group focuses on a shared objective, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Unlike general yoga classes, these sessions provide participants with personalised take-home protocols to practice between meetings. Progress is reviewed every eight weeks, with the ultimate aim of transitioning participants to regular yoga classes.

Our clinic yoga shala is cosy, seating just a few students in the group classes. Subscriptions are available in 8-week blocks. Choose up to 3 classes per week and donate $100.

Classes are also available online if you can't make it to the wellness centre.
