““Remember the wind. Remember her voice. She knows the origin of this universe. Remember you are all people and all people are you. Remember you are this universe and this universe is you. Remember all is in motion, is growing, is you. Remember language comes from this. Remember the dance language is, that life is. Remember.””

“Today is my last day of kitcheree. When I weighed myself this morning I was down 9 pounds but more importantly, my belly seems flatter. I’m still thinking about other foods but don’t seem to be craving things nearly as much.”

“The retreat met and exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The absolute highlight of my experience was meeting so many wonderful people, from the instructors, and fellow global participants. Each day exceeded the day before, from the lovingly prepared food to the Ayurveda treatments. Daily Puja and Satsang deeply touched my soul. I may have returned from the yoga lifestyle retreat, but I still hold a piece of it in my heart and I’m forever grateful for the amazing experience. Thank you. Namaste ”
