Intro to Yoga as Therapy

Are you ready to transition from teaching yoga to designing specific yogic tools and protocols for clients struggling with disorder? Yoga Therapy is now considered ‘complimentary medicine’ in many states and accommodated as a recovery modality in many hospital settings. If you’re ready to evolve to the next stage of your Yogic life, join Shreejan Sita, 38 year veteran Yoga Therapist as she leads you through an introduction to this special field. Shree is the director of Rajasthan Hatha Yoga Institute, based in Shri Jasnath Asan (ashram), a 600-year old Yoga Therapy organization in northern Rajasthan, India. While living there 7 years, Shreejan saw the immense potential of partnering with powerful teachers from the best yoga universities to welcome a new generation of healers to the new world, where holistic healing is now very much in demand.

This meeting will introduce you to Yoga as Therapy and the 800-HR certification program offered by Rajasthan Hatha Yoga Institute, its unique curriculum and its many veteran teachers.

For more information see https://www.shrijasnathasan.org/yoga/yoga-therapy/ and register to join the information session on zoom. There is one meeting schedule per month until the course launches in the Fall of 2024.
