Learn to use the body’s energetic intersections as tools of instruction or intervention in this 15 hour course with Shreejan Sita and learn to enhance Yoga therapy protocols on all levels of body, mind, and energy. Discover the energetic connection in treatment options within the scope of practice of yoga teachers and yoga therapists: asana, pranayama, mantra, and mudra.
Receive an in depth review of 21 marma points that can be directly or indirectly stimulated through postures, meditation, and pranayama to activate the flow of prana, improving circulation through skin, facia, and organs. Students will be able to apply the information within the clinical setting, educate the client with simple do-it-yourself protocols, and design safe and accessible yoga classes and private sessions.

Shreejan Sita, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Shreejan Sita is a veteran Yoga Therapist and Ayurveda Practitioner, trained during a 7-year stay in India. Having cured herself of epilepsy in 1986 with a special meditation technique, she realized that the ancient knowledge of natural healthcare was unknown in the west. She began a 3+ decade adventure in reintroducing the indigenous, healing magic of Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda, including taking on the directorship of a 600 year old Yoga Therapy institution in north Rajasthan. Her book ‘Yogecology: Spirit in the Soil’ is due to be released in November.

Seva Van Why LMT, HHP, AP, 200 Hr YTT
Seva is a passionate and perpetual student of Ayurveda and higher learning for 25 years. She runs a successful Ayurvedic Lifestyle consulting practice involving Ayurvedic Body Therapies as her special niche. Seva is a holistic educator, Ayurvedic Body Therapy instructor, and author, and has held staff positions at The Chopra Center, Optimum Health Institute, California College of Ayurveda, and is currently the Chair of Continuing Education and Certification with NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association).
