What is Trataka: Fixed Eye Gaze Meditation?
Trataka was one of the first meditations recorded by the ancients, and has been utilized in its many forms for thousands of years in a variety of settings, for all age groups. The many benefits of a consistent Trataka practice include; purifying the eyes, correcting short-sightedness, improving concentration, improving memory, improving sleep, slowing the restless mind, improving problem solving and eliminating panic.

Learn the science and application in 2 hours with Shree, a veteran Yoga Therapist. Take home the candle and stick and add it to your morning practice the next day. With a 5 minute daily practice early morning or night, you will see change in your mind's functionality in a short time.
